How it Works

Log on to the site as an active member. Complete all criteria needed for your RFQ and carefully read and accept the Terms & Conditions set forth by the contract. Your RFQ will then be submitted.

Our automated system sends notification of receipt of your RFQ by email informing you that processing has begun and thanking you for the opportunity to serve you.

When all criteria is met, our staff verifies and confirms all details with the stocking distributor and a second notification is sent to you confirming price delivery terms, preferred shipping methods and contract agreement.

With everything signed and confirmed, parts are received and inspected at our facility where additional RoHS services are available to meet customer's criteria and shipped COD by Federal Express - in most cases.

Overseas orders are T-T in advance. A confirming proforma invoice will be provided.

If an exact match is not found, we may respond with partial criteria being met. You will have a chance to review this information and decide if it's acceptable.
